Ecothrive Coco Clay uses RHP certified, buffered coco that has been pre-blended with Ecothrive Charge at 1% by volume. This mixing ratio makes it ideal for almost all applications.

Increased Drainage and Air Space

Clay pebbles reduce the watering holding capacity of coco, creating a mix with fast drainage and improved air space. Plants grown in Ecothrive Coco Clay will have be far less prone to the effects of over-watering, a common problem in Flood and Drain Systems.

Easy to Use

Simply pour out the bag into a pot, break any compressed lumps, settle the mix by tapping edges and base of pot, and plant up.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start feeding?

Due to the slow nutrient release from the Charge in the Coco Clay Mix, you can start feeding with your nutrient program from day one. Start with a low EC around 1.2 and always use a coco-specific nutrient formula.

If using Ecothrive Coco Clay Mix for your final potting stage, you can add more Charge into the mix at the rate of 10ml per L to provide more nutrients and a bigger boost.

For best results use Ecothrive Biosys on each potting stage, and once every 1-2 weeks thereafter.
